Interactive Map Displays Brands By Rank
Metro stations have officially crossed paths with top internet brands. Branding firm Information Architects, a company who focuses on building and managing interactive brands, has just released the Web Trend Map 4.
Web Trend Map 4 is based off the Tokyo Metro map, however at each station are different internet brands group accordingly along different rail lines.
This intricate ranking system lays out the influential internet brands of today’s age, and allows people to indulge their natural desire to seek out their own brand’s ranking, or that of their employers.
Several versions have been created, each dedicated to researching the trends in brands online. Extensive research has been conducted by Information Architects to ensure that the brands are placed in the correct categories, and to decide the ranking of those brands.
Prints of this large-scale map have been printed by the same company that prints Apple’s ads in Japan, and can be purchased for those eagerly wishing to enjoy the hierarchy of internet brands. The printed poster is 841mm x 1149mm.
With final approval underway, those wanting to display the web of brands can purchase it here. The Map will be sure to grab enough interest to at least see how major brands compete against one another.
