Twitter is a great Social Media tool for businesses that want to connect and interact with their clients online. However, many marketers falls into the trap of thinking that followers is everything. The strength with Twitter and other Social Media platforms is the ability to create content through and with clients, not for them. But when the focus on interaction is lost, we might lose credibility.
